Mark Rutherford originally opened Bunkhouse Furniture in Cushing, Oklahoma in the early 1980’s, and a few years later, he opened a second location in Stillwater, Oklahoma. When we moved to our present location at the corner of fifth and main, we fittingly changed the name to Furniture Showcase.

Furniture Showcase is located in Stillwater’s historic Leachman Theater. The citizens of the Stillwater area and the students at Oklahoma State University enjoyed many movies in the building from the 1940’s until the 1980’s.
